A Memorable Induction: Celebrating President Constance Njovu’s Leadership Journey
Yesterday was a day of inspiration, celebration, and renewed commitment as the Rotary Club of Lusaka officially inducted Rtn. Constance Njovu as Club President for the 2026–2027 Rotary year. The evening was graced by the presence of Engwase Mwale, a distinguished gender activist and transformational leader, who served as Guest of Honour.
An Evening of Vision and Purpose
The induction ceremony brought together Rotarians, partners, and community leaders in a spirit of unity and shared purpose. As we welcomed President Constance Njovu to the helm of our club, we were reminded of the immense responsibility and opportunity that comes with leading an organization committed to Service Above Self.
Engwase Mwale’s presence added tremendous value to the occasion. With over 20 years of experience in the private sector and civil society, and her current role as Chief Executive Officer of the Zambian Governance Foundation for Civil Society (ZGF), Engwase brings a wealth of wisdom about good governance, leadership development, and sustainable community transformation.
